We have our roots in the 1940s when the grandfather of our family began digging graves for just 5 cents each. Gradually this developed into an expansive business that handled a variety of commercial and residential excavation projects. Grandson Bruce took the skills and family values his grandfather taught him, and continued providing his services to the community.

In 1996, the official Cooper Excavating was born. We have evolved into a team of over a dozen employees, and an impressive fleet of heavy equipment to handle a full array of excavating projects. From designing and installing septic systems, paving driveways and installing utilities to clearing land, developing subdivisions, removing snow, providing trucking services and offering rentals of dumpsters and Port-a-Potties, we are dedicated to serving the residential and commercial clients of our community.
